Nicolas is a Frenchman and Chef in a class of his own. He has grown up in a family of chefs, and knows all the secrets of preparing food in the elite division. He is a trained cook and pastry chef at "Pic Valence" - a 3 star Michelin restaurant in France. He is also a trained chocolatier under Daniel Giraud Valence, a world-famous chocolatier, and among the best dessert chefs in France. Later, Nicolas has been working as a pastry chef at Falsled Kro for more than 3 years, and then as chief pastry chef at Fakkelgården near Kruså.


Radi StambolovI love working with Planets Pride and the many unique products
Chef Stambolov graduated from the Pastry Technical school “Hristo Nikov” in Sofia. Later he joined the pastry department at the “Sheraton Sofia Hotel Balkan”. He continued his education graduating the College of Tourism in Varna. Chef Radi specialized with Mr. Wilhelm Hendl, the Pastry Chef at the Vienna “Hotel Imperial" a Sheraton luxury Hotel. In 2008 Chef Stambolov acquired Associate Professorship of Italian Cuisine at the Squola Albergiera di Ristorante di Serramazzoni in Italy. In his career, Radi has presented his cooking talents for 13 presidents of various countries. Chef Stambolov is founder and co-owner of the Gavrosh Gourmet pastry shop, chocolate shop RS Chocolatier, Pastry Club Bulgaria and Pastry Academy.

Wafik BelaidI always get inspired when I visit Planets Pride at fairs around the world
Coming from the hotel school of Hammamet and the higher institute of Sidi Dhrif he then worked in several hotels in Tunisia in France and Morocco. He also took cooking training in Munich, Germany and in large houses like the Maison Le Nôtre in Paris or the Paul Bocuse Institute. Wafik is founding member and vice-president of the ATPAC Tunisian Association of Professional Culinary Arts, he is also a member of Toques Blanches and, recently, Toques Françaises. At present he is Executive Chef of the Hotel The Residence Tunis.

Robin Villarreal is a passionate culinary professional with ample experience in the fields of culinary education, menu costing and development and product development. His knowledge and experience includes positions like Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, Head Chef, Sous Chef, Chef Instructor of international culinary schools such as Le Cordon Bleu Casa de Francia (Mexico) and Escuela UVM/Glion Tlalpan (Mexico). Robin is a graduate of the world’s renowned Le Cordon Bleu Académie D´Art Culinaire De Paris. Besides his knowledge and experience in French and International Cuisine, Robin’s specialty areas are Pastry, Bakery and Thai Cuisine. Part of his practice in the culinary industry is from Alain Ducasse Restaurant Louis XV, Monte Carlo (3 Stars Michelin Restaurant).
Robin is a co-owner of Planets Pride and works in our Bulgarian Branch.


”Jack” Werayut HoisangthongI guide Planets Prides' customers among our many Asian products
Jack graduated from "Fuglebjerg Kro" with a bronze medal at his final exam. He's experienced in both Danish and Thai cuisine.
Jack has worked as a cook at various restaurants and canteens; Madklubben in Tivoli, Restaurant Hanzo (Asian), The Old Smokehouse in Greve and Eurest (catering). Jack has also run a small Thai Takeaway for two years, which is now run by his wife.
